International Orders:
Please email us at cto@brooklyntab.org before returning anything. Include your name, email, and order number.
U.S. & Canada Orders:
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may return it within 30 days for a free replacement. We'll also reimburse your return postage—just include a copy of the receipt.
Refundable Items:
You may return unopened CDs, DVDs, audiobooks, and backing tracks within 30 days for a refund (excluding shipping). Please submit a return request for your order in “My Account” to get authorization before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items:
The following cannot be returned or refunded unless we shipped the wrong item:
- Books
- Sheet music (octavos, choral books, orchestrations)
- MP3s or other digital downloads
Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged items can be exchanged within 30 days. Please submit a return request and include your postage receipt for reimbursement.
