Our fulfillment office operating hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm EST. Any orders placed before 12:00pm EST during operating days will be shipped same day. Orders received after 12:00pm EST may be shipped the next operating day.
All orders that include products on pre-order will be shipped at the release of the pre-ordered product. If you would like products to be shipped separately, please place separate orders for products on pre-order and items not on pre-order.
Do you have priority delivery?
We have priority delivery for domestic mail, not for international mail.
How long does international mail take?
International mail is usually delivered in 1 to 3 weeks. Alternatively, you may use DHL, which generally arrives in 1-5 days (depending on the country), but generally is more expensive.
An item is missing from my delivery. What should I do?
Please email us at email@example.com and describe the problem, making sure to provide your full name and order number. We will verify your order and ship out the missing item(s) right away.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. For orders with two or more items, you can ship to multiple addresses. In your Shopping Cart choose "Checkout with multiple addresses" below the "Proceed to checkout" button.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes. All online orders are given a tracking number and an email is sent to you once they ship. Log in to your account, find the tracking number, then track your package on the website of USPS or UPS. If no tracking number appears for any reason or you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will address the problem immediately.
