International Customers:
Please contact us at cto@brooklyntab.org before returning any product. Please include the name and email address used when placing the order as well as the order number.
U.S. Domestic & Canadian Customers:
Any defective, incorrect or damaged items may be returned within 30 days of receipt via USPS. We will gladly ship a replacement to you as well as reimburse you for your return postage. Please include postage receipt to ensure accurate reimbursement.
Items for Refund:
If unopened and in original saleable condition: DVDs, Audiobooks, Music CDs and Backing Track CDs (both split and stereo) may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt for merchandise cost only – excluding shipping and handling.
If you plan to return an order, please completely fill out the Return Request Form, located within "My Account" prior to returning your merchandise to The Brooklyn Tabernacle. We will then review and create a return authorization. Then you may return the item to The Brooklyn Tabernacle for refund or exchange.
Do not return items without first receiving a return authorization. All items returned without authorization will not be refunded.
Items that are NON-REFUNDABLE:
Purchases of the following products are Final and Non-Refundable: Books, Choral Books, Orchestrations (sheet music), Sermon Series CDs, MP3 downloadable tracks, as well as any digitally downloaded product from our store. We will only allow for returns of these products if we mistakenly sent the wrong item to you.
Any return that does not comply with the above policy will, unfortunately, be subject to a restocking fee, at our discretion.
Damaged or Broken Merchandise:
Any defective or damaged merchandise may be returned for exchange only within 30 days of receipt via USPS. We will gladly send you a replacement, and reimburse you for your return postage (please include postage receipt with return). Please completely fill out the Return Request Form, located within "My Account". We will then review and create a return authorization. Then you may return the item to The Brooklyn Tabernacle, along with a copy of your postage receipt.
Missing Merchandise:
Please check the contents of your package upon delivery. If an item your ordered is missing, you will have 15 days from the delivery date to email cto@brooklyntab.org with details on the item missing. Missing items reported after 15 days will require placing and paying for a new order for that item. Please include the name and email address used when placing the order as well as the order number.
