I had an account on the old store. How can I log into this new store?

Good news! We have migrated all accounts on our older store to this new store. All you need to do is create a new password for you account.

To log into this new store under your old account, you must first create a new password. The process is easy:

  1. Go to the Password Update Page and enter your email address associated with your old account.
  2. You will recieve an email at that email address within a minute.
  3. When you receive that email, you'll see a password reset link. Click that link and enter your new password. You can now login to the store with your new password.

Note: If you don't receive the email within 2 minutes, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact us at cto@brooklyntab.org.

Will I be able to access my previous orders on the new store?

Yes! Once you create a new password, you can log into your account and view your orders — even orders placed on the older store!

If you placed any order that contain digital products, you will be able to access those from your account as normal.
