At The Brooklyn Tabernacle, we feel that we offer the highest quality products. We also take great care when packing and shipping your orders, so we feel that you should be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, we realize that there are occasional instances when products are damaged, defective or shipped incorrectly. If this is your situation, we'll gladly replace them for you.

The Brooklyn Tabernacle Return Policy:

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please call or email us before returning any product at 718-290-2000 option 5 or cto@brooklyntabernacle.org

DOMESTIC AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

• Any defective, incorrect or damaged items may be returned within 30 days of receipt via U.S. Postal Service. We will gladly ship a replacement to you as well as reimburse you for your return postage. Please include postage receipt to ensure accurate reimbursement.
• If you receive an item and are not satisfied with it (product not as you expected, it arrived too late) we will issue you an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only (excluding shipping and handling), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in salable condition.
• Videos, CDs, Cassettes or other media may only be returned for refund if UNOPENED. If opened, the product may be exchanged for a replacement with the same item.
• Purchases of Orchestrations are FINAL. We will only allow for returns of orchestrations if we mistakenly sent the wrong orchestration to you.
• Any return that does not comply with the above policy will, unfortunately, be subject to a restocking and handling fee, at our discretion.

When returning items, please completely fill out the Merchandise Return Form included with your original shipment and enclose it with your return. Please send all packages via U.S. Postal Service. Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2-4 weeks for your new package to arrive.
